We are thrilled to present Function Factory Performance ARP 2015-2023 Ford Mustang EcoBoost 625+ Custom Age Headstud Kit, a product of SPEED PERF6RMANC3. These head studs evolve from our previous L19 line with enhanced features and performance metrics.

One of the standout upgrades is the improved Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS) that reaches even closer to the 280 PSI limit of the material. This means that the new 625+ head studs can withstand more significant stress without failing, a crucial factor in ensuring the durability and reliability of your engine.

In addition to the improved UTS, these studs offer superior corrosion resistance. This enhancement increases the longevity of the studs and reduces the likelihood of weakening due to rust or other corrosive elements. This means less worry about potential failure and more peace of mind during your ride.

We have also significantly improved the accompanying nuts in our head stud kit. By employing a heat-treated version, we have decreased their failure rate, notably when coupled with an equally heat-treated stud. This treatment enhances their strength and durability, allowing them to perform consistently under extreme conditions.

One of the most appealing aspects of the new 625+ studs is our commitment to maintaining their affordability. Many other platforms might hike the price for such a high-grade material, but we firmly believe in delivering superior quality without an inflated price tag.

The 10mm head stud kit accompanying the 625+ studs includes these enhanced nuts and washers and a specially designed assembly lube. This lube has been exhaustively tested to ensure it provides the most accurate torque specification of any lubricant.

These high-performance head studs are designed for the EcoBoost 2.0/2.3L engines found in the Focus ST, RS & Mustang, and the Mazda MZR-DISI 2.3L Engines found in the Mazdaspeed3/6. They can also be utilized in a Fiesta ST 1.6L, albeit with some necessary modifications to the Cylinder Block.
