What This Does
Active Profile is MBRP’s NPP-compatible tune — designed to work WITH the factory active exhaust valves. You keep quiet-mode for the morning commute and full-volume for the canyon. Best of both worlds, the right match for a car already optioned with active exhaust.
The 3-inch mandrel-bent cat-back replaces the C8’s factory rear exhaust from the catalytic converters back, exiting quad split rear through quad carbon-fiber tips. The kit includes the AFM (Active Fuel Management) cylinder-deactivation simulators required to keep the LT2’s V4 mode running code-free.
What It’s Made Of
Built from T304 stainless steel — the most corrosion-resistant grade MBRP offers, fully welded and sealed, and backed for the life of the vehicle.
Mandrel-bent 3-inch tubing holds full bore diameter through every bend, so flow stays consistent end to end. The quad carbon-fiber tips pair a carbon-fiber outer shell with a polished stainless inner sleeve — a race-inspired look that resists heat discoloration.
