Adjustable clutch master cylinder kit built around a Tilton 7/8 in. bore cylinder. Cures sticking pedals, hard 1st and reverse engagement, and poor high-RPM shifts on the C6 platform.

Clutch pedal sticking to the floor when you drive hard? Trouble shifting quickly at the top of the RPM range? First and reverse fighting you at a standstill? Those are the classic symptoms of an undersized factory clutch master cylinder, and they get worse as the car ages or once an aftermarket clutch needs more fluid to disengage.
This kit replaces it with a Tilton 7/8 in. bore cylinder — the same series used in NASCAR — mounted on a billet bracket and made fully adjustable, so you can tailor exactly how much fluid the system moves to fully disengage anything from a stock clutch to a race-only twin disc.
The kit ships complete: master cylinder, billet bracket, and an unrestricted heat-wrapped stainless braided clutch hydraulic line that removes the need for the common drill modification, plus all necessary hardware and instructions. Installation typically takes 90 to 120 minutes and requires minor drilling. Adjustments can be made afterwards without tools.
The kit in its base form includes the heat-wrapped stainless braided Short Line, which does not require removing the transmission. The Long Line is a full-length braided line that couples the master directly to the stock slave cylinder, eliminating the bulky OEM quick-disconnect fitting and the factory steel and rubber line — the most unrestricted connection available, but it does require transmission removal to install. If you do not want to pull the transmission now but plan to later, order Both Lines.
Tightening the large retaining nut onto the main bracket calls for a 1-1/2 in. socket. The optional billet socket is made for that job and lets you use a compact 3/8 in. drive ratchet instead of a full-size 1/2 in. drive.
This kit installs on 2009-2013 Corvette and Z06, but a Clutch Pedal Position Relearn is required afterwards for correct operation. That procedure needs a TECH2 or equivalent scan tool at a GM dealership. It is not required for 2005-2008 Corvette and Z06.
The Longer Line option is not compatible with the Tick billet slave cylinder.
Lifetime warranty against leakage. Warranty is void if the line is melted, crimped, or holed by the end user.
