We offer standard ground shipping services to the 48 contiguous states. Unless otherwise noted, truck, freight, and oversized charges will apply.

Estimated delivery times for orders sent via Standard Shipping (dependent on stock status)

  • West Coast, 5-7 business days
  • Southwest 5-7 business days
  • Midwest 7-14 business days
  • East Coast 7-14 business days

All Standard Shipping orders will ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, whichever is most cost-effective. In general, orders weighing less than 1 lb. will go Priority Mail and heavier boxes will ship via UPS Ground.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or Canada is available at an additional rate. If you purchase an item in any of these states or countries, you will be contacted by email so we can collect additional shipping and handling charges. If you do not wish to proceed with the extra charges, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. We have placed a permanent note for all international customers to contact us before purchasing.

International Shipments – Purchases outside of the 48 contiguous states of The United States of America.

Function Factory Performance is not responsible for international VAT, duty, or shipment import taxes. If an international customer places an order without contacting us first, an additional shipping invoice will be issued, which must be paid before the product is released. Should the customer refuse to pay these invoices, they will be liable for a 25% refund fee, as agreed to in the terms and conditions of the purchase. We have extensively ensured international customers contact us before purchasing on our website. It’s important to note that additional international shipping invoices from Function Factory Performance do not cover the cost of import duties. The customer is 100% responsible for any duty tax and related import charges.

Tracking

Function Factory Performance sends an email with the tracking number for every order placed with a valid email address. If you have not provided an email address, you can contact us for tracking information. You can also access tracking information by logging into your account.

Tracking numbers beginning with 1Z have been sent via UPS and can be tracked via www.ups.com.

Tracking numbers beginning with a 9 have been sent via US Mail and can be tracked via www.usps.com. USPS will update the package movement at the end of each business day; given there is information to update.

UPS Freight has sent 9-digit tracking numbers. Freight shipments can be tracked from the UPS Freight website. Please note that freight shipments delivered to Residential locations may be delayed if UPS Freight cannot contact you by phone to set up a delivery date and time.

Lost or Damaged Products

At Function Factory Performance, we try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit. Unfortunately, we genuinely do not have control over product damage. However, we want to make it right with you!

For items shipped through a freight carrier, do not sign for or otherwise accept any items with physical damage. These items should be refused and returned to us.

For items shipped through a parcel carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx), if you receive an item damaged in transit, please email support@ffperformance.co with 3 or more photos of your damaged item. Please include the order number in the subject and what has been damaged.

Please hold on to the original item, including the packaging and packing material, unless stated otherwise by an FFP Associate.

If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, contact us within 15 business days.

Undeliverable Or Refused Shipments

Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.

*International Shipments—At Function Factory Performance’s discretion, the return shipping costs of any refused or undeliverable shipment(s) outside the US may be deducted from any refund.

Missing Shipments

Occasionally, packages are lost or misrouted during transit. Before contacting us, please note the following estimated delivery times for orders sent via Standard Shipping:

  • West Coast, 5-7 business days
  • Southwest 5-7 business days
  • Midwest 7-14 business days
  • East Coast 10-14 business days

Please note that the weekend and holidays DO NOT count as shipping days (except Saturday for USPS packages and Next Day Air Saturday delivery when chosen and paid for by you).

If your package shipped and hasn’t been received within the above guidelines then please get in touch with us so that we may investigate.

For missing UPS shipped packages:

  • A UPS trace investigation takes up to 8 business days to be completed. If UPS cannot locate the package after 8 business days, a replacement item may be shipped.

For missing USPS packages:

  • We allow USPS an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package before we can ship a replacement item.

For missing UPS Freight packages:

  • UPS Freight missing package investigations do not have a set amount of time for completion and are conducted on a case-by-case basis.

Oversized And Freight Handling

Some items may have additional handling fees due to size, weight, or special handling requirements. These additional fees will be indicated on the product page and in your shopping cart. 

Freight Handling Disclaimer

Some items sold by Function Factory Performance are shipped by LTL freight carriers such as Pilot Freight. Please read below to understand more about how the freight shipping process works.

Receiving Your Shipment:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule and accept delivery promptly.
  • If delivery is delayed because you cannot accept the package, you are responsible for any storage fees.
  • Shipments should ONLY be refused if there is physical damage.

Inspecting Your Shipment:

  • The customer is responsible for inspecting a shipment before signing it and accepting delivery.
  • If your shipment does not include all of the items you expected, please call us immediately at 480 576 8606 before signing and the driver leaving so that we can facilitate the appropriate next steps.
  • If the packaging has any visible damage, request that you be allowed to open the shipment before signing so that you can inspect the product. If they do not allow the inspection, or if your inspection indicates damage to your item, take photos and REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. You can contact our team at 480 576 8606 to get the claim and the replacement process started.
  • Failure to inspect for damages at the time of delivery will result in the denial of your damage claim.

Concealed Damage:

Should you discover damage to your item, which was concealed at the time of delivery, you can contact us at 480 576 8606.

Additional Fees:

Function Factory Performance may have included a handling fee with the purchase of your order to cover the cost of shipping the item to you based on the address you specified during checkout. This fee excludes any ancillary services the carrier may add due to your special requests. Any of the following may result in an additional cost to you:

  • Storage before Delivery
  • Inside or Limited Access Delivery
  • Redelivery due to a Missed Appointment
  • Address Corrections
