If you’re unhappy with the product you received and did not install it, damage the box, or rip the packaging, please get in touch with us within 10 business days of your delivery to start your return.
After your 10 days have expired, you can still contact us to see if we can meet you in the middle. We want to offer superior customer service while respecting our ability to accept returns in a reasonable time frame.
Once an order has been processed, a chain of events that are hard to reverse often sets into motion, including special orders from manufacturers and customization work. There are rare instances where, at our discretion, we might deviate from our standard policy. For this reason, we strongly urge our customers to review their orders carefully and reach out to our experienced customer service team for any clarifications before finalizing their purchase.
Please be advised that all refunds, cancellations, and returns will be subject to up to a 35% processing fee. Additionally, as of 07-28-2024, we will no longer offer cash refunds. It has been extremely difficult for us to find a middle ground with our merchant banks in 2024.
As of July 2024, Chase Bank, PayPal, and many other merchant banks are issuing account strikes for chargebacks and refunds. We will provide in-store credit for refund requests moving forward until further notice.
When purchasing a product from us, you must tap or click a checkbox before completing your order. That checkbox indicates that you agree to the terms and conditions of your purchase, including our Refund and Return policies. Exceptions are only made under exceptional circumstances.
If an exception is made for a cash refund, we will ONLY REFUND BY PAYPAL OR VENMO.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
For orders shipping to the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada, We strongly suggest you call us at 480-576-8606 as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to change it, as we ship orders out quickly! If you email us, we may not receive them in time to stop the order from shipping out. Please double-check that your order details are correct before submitting your order at the “Order Review” checkout step.
An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled. Once your order has been received, please contact us to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please call us if you need to change the address on an order already shipped via FedEx. A fee of $50 per package will be charged to reroute the order while in transit. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be changed while in transit.
For international orders shipping outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada – At this time, you may not make any changes or modifications to your order once it has been placed. Additionally, you may not cancel your order once it is placed.
BACKORDER POLICY
Please note that Function Factory Performance does NOT offer Live Inventory for products listed on our website. This is indicated at the bottom of our website.
If you need a specific product for definitive dates, please get in touch with us via email – Support@FFPerformance.co to verify the availability of the products you wish to purchase. All rushed or urgent orders should be completed directly with our sales team over the phone or by email to ensure no delays in processing and shipping your order. Please note we will not cover the cost of express or expedited shipping to meet your deadlines; you bear all costs associated with express or expedited shipping.
Due to the nature of the automotive industry and the fact that we offer thousands of items from hundreds of different manufacturers and distributors, we cannot display live inventory. Some items ship directly from our Arizona warehouse, whereas others may ship directly from the manufacturer or distribution warehouse.
When an item is found to be on backorder with the manufacturer, our crew will do their best to notify you via the email address associated with your order. Note that some manufacturers are better at informing us than others. We will make every effort to follow up with you regarding your order.
RETURN POLICY
No Refund Clause for Special Items:
DEAR ALL BODY KIT AND CARBON FIBER CUSTOMERS, IF YOU AGREE TO OUR “NO REFUND” CLAUSE, we will send this information to your bank if you file a chargeback. PLEASE BE 100% CONFIDENT when purchasing large items that are extremely hard to stop production on once started.
General Returns:
To initiate a return, please get in touch with a Function Factory Crew member within 14 days from the purchase date through the link below or call us at 480-576-8606.
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to process your return. Products and packaging must be returned in a new, resalable condition. Some products can’t be returned—see the list of non-returnable products below.
Exceptions & Defects:
If we send you a different product from what you ordered or a defective item, contact us within 14 days from the purchase date. We will replace the product and process your return at no charge. If a replacement product is sent to you, depending on the circumstance, we will either send you a return label or you will be responsible for return shipping.
Shipping Guidelines for Returns:
Function Factory Performance will provide you with a shipping label. If the return is for customer remorse, the shipping cost, including the restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund.
Chargebacks:
If a customer initiates a chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately and prohibit access to our website. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and timely delivery of automotive parts. If you are dissatisfied, please get in touch with us at 480-576-8606 to resolve any issues.
Warranty & Manufacturer Claims:
For defects outside our return policy but within the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the manufacturer. If your return has not been processed within 3 weeks, contact us to check its status.
Additional Terms:
- We will not accept returns of damaged or defective items if they have been used/installed.
- Missing or damaged components may result in a rejected return or additional charges.
- Installation costs for any returned products are not covered.
- We reserve the right to change or amend this return policy without notification.
International Orders:
All sales are final for international orders. No returns are allowed.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
For orders shipping to the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada, If you receive a defective product, please get in touch with us within our 14-day return policy period, and we will process your return free of shipping charges. Contact us to process your return.
In the event of a defect that occurs outside our return policy but within the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to process your return. The manufacturer will have sole determination of the outcome of the claim. As a courtesy to our customers, Function Factory Performance will gladly try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim. Still, we have no final say in the decision made by the manufacturer (i.e., approvals, denials, fees, etc.).
Function Factory Performance is not responsible for labor costs from installing wrong or defective parts.
Some items may require pictures or a shop report to have an RMA issued.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We carefully pack each order to prevent package damage during transit. However, despite our precautions, damage will occasionally occur.
If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please call us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will set up a Route claim for the product. Once Route has processed this claim, we will contact you to return the product and send out a replacement.
We may request pictures to assist you further with the claim completion.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
If you return a product without contacting our Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, it will take up to 3 weeks to be processed, and we may charge you a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.
If your unauthorized return has not been processed within 3 weeks, please send an email to Support@FFPerformance.co
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
The carrier will return packages to us if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses if they are not picked up from a FedEx / UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. At our discretion, we may charge you a 25% restocking fee.

For international orders shipping outside the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada, the return shipping costs of any refused or undeliverable shipment(s) outside the United States or Canada may be deducted from any refund at Function Factory Performance’s sole discretion.
