Estimated Delivery Times
Many in-stock items from select brands ship same day when ordered before 2PM PST. Some products require hand assembly or custom preparation, which may add 1-3 business days to processing time. Check individual product pages for specific shipping estimates.
Lost or Damaged Products
We try our best to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please email [email protected] with:
- 3 or more photos of the damaged item
- Order number in the subject line
- Description of what was damaged
- Keep original packaging until resolved
Freight shipments: Do not sign for or accept items with visible physical damage. Refuse and return to us.
Missing Shipments
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact us so we can investigate.
- UPS: Trace takes up to 8 business days
- USPS: Extra 7 days allowed after expected delivery
- UPS Freight: Case-by-case investigation
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 15 business days.
Undeliverable or Refused
Packages returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses, not picked up, or refused delivery may take up to 3 weeks to process.
- 25% restocking fee may apply
- International: return shipping costs may be deducted
- Only refuse if there's physical damage
Oversized & Freight Items
Some items have additional handling fees due to size, weight, or special requirements. These fees are indicated on the product page and in your cart.
- Storage before delivery
- Inside or limited access delivery
- Redelivery due to missed appointment
- Address corrections
Track Your Order
International Shipping
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Canada, and international destinations is available at an additional rate. If you purchase from these locations, we'll contact you via email to collect additional shipping charges.
If you do not wish to proceed with extra charges, a 25% cancellation fee applies.
Important: Function Factory Performance is not responsible for international VAT, duty, or import taxes. The customer is 100% responsible for any duty tax and related import charges.

Freight Handling Disclaimer
Some items are shipped via LTL freight carriers. Please review these important guidelines:
Receiving
- Schedule and accept delivery promptly
- You're responsible for any storage fees from delays
- Only refuse if there's physical damage
Inspecting
- Inspect shipment BEFORE signing
- If items are missing, call 480-576-8606 before the driver leaves
- If damaged, take photos and REFUSE the shipment
Concealed Damage
If you discover damage after delivery that was concealed, contact us immediately at 480-576-8606.
Failure to inspect at delivery may result in claim denial.
