RACE-PROVEN DESIGN
The Tri-Ax Race shifter features aircraft-grade aluminum construction, making it 20% lighter than competing shifter assemblies. The shift lever itself is manufactured from heat-treated, nickel-plated 4140 steel—the strongest material on the market. All hardware is stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance.
TOP-LOADED INSTALLATION
One of the greatest benefits of the Tri-Ax system is its completely top-loaded design. Once the base plate is mounted, you can adjust springs, levers, and other options all from inside the car without removing the entire shifter assembly. The kit includes both medium and high-resistance spring sets for a fully adjustable shifting experience.
PRECISION ENGINEERING
Factory shift shaft bushings are replaced with wider, high-quality machine-finished, low-friction bushings with tolerances controlled to within half a thousandth of an inch. The assembly features rigid front mounting and Steeda poly bushings in the rear, virtually eliminating slop and shifter deflection for an incredibly direct gear change.
COMPLETE PACKAGE
The Tri-Ax Race shifter includes Dynamat sound-deadening material to close out your transmission tunnel, ensuring your Mustang stays as quiet as the stock assembly during daily driving. The system retains factory shift knob compatibility, pull-up style reverse lockout, and backup camera functionality.
