For over a year, we’ve been quietly operating in a small condo in Tempe, Arizona with just myself, Charles Siritho and Derek Jones. Since our inception, we’ve had a ghost address at the Hayden Ferry buildings on Rio Salado where we were able to accept packages and have high-level meetings. Yep, we’re coming clean. I have worked endlessly for the past 8 months building and scaling this brand to what it is today. It has been an enormous amount of work but I am finally proud to say that we have decided to plant our roots in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Why Scottsdale? It’s quite simple, it’s beautiful and the work environment is like no other. Our 2,166 square foot facility features roughly 1,000 square feet of office space and another 1,000 square feet of shop space. It’s a perfect mix for business in the front and party in the back type of vibe. Just so we’re clear, we do NOT accept walk-ins or “normal” installs. Our shop is for media install purposes ONLY. I wanted to build this company around media, content, and education and we’re doing exactly that.

She offers a fantastic floor plan and layout, featuring 1 executive office, meeting room, and open floor plan. This gives us the ability to expand our customer support team to a higher level. Speaking of customer support, we’ve added another 6 crew members to the Factory. This will allow us to keep up with our 6000% growth rate in the past 6 months. I used to be able to answer emails within seconds, but with 2 to 3 emails PER MINUTE on most days, that started to become impossible. Our timing in the industry couldn’t have been better but at the same time, COVID has wreaked havoc on our suppliers with the word “backorder” become more and more common. We truly hope that everyone is staying safe out there and things go back to normal in the coming months.

To wrap it up, our renovations start TOMORROW with the old carpet coming up and being replaced with a beautiful, silver metallic epoxy flooring that will continue into the shop. The office walls will be repainted in light grey with the shop being pure white for bounce light, the baseboards will be replaced with vinyl planking that will match our desk colors. We opted for a charcoal baseboard in the shop for contrast. Last but not least, a BendPak XPR-10S-LP lift is being installed inside our shop. Overall, I am going for a modern/industrial look. I will be taking advantage of our open ceilings with exposed AC ducting to give our work environment an industrial feeling while our desk, furniture, and color pallet complement a modern vibe. I believe this will create an empowering feeling for both our clients and employees.
