EMS Budget Build

The EMS Budget Build is an excellent choice for stock to moderately modded applications and has the capability of around 550WHP with appropriate power adders. Featuring H-Beam Rods, Mahle pistons, CA 625+ studs (THIS ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK AND ESTIMATED FOR END OF DECEMBER 2024), and your choice of a TS block or a 2.3 block (you can read more about block choices HERE), The EMS Budget Build is a solid choice for those on a budget, who are looking for a better option vs. an OEM engine, as well as those who want to have some fun with their daily driver. This build pairs well with a drop-in turbo and a custom tune, but it can also be run without a tune on a stock application. This complete, sealed engine is ready to install in your Focus ST.

Comprehensive OEM Components:

• New OEM parts: crankshaft, timing cover, oil pan, valve cover, oil pump, pick-up tube, chain, gear, and guide.

Performance Pistons and Connecting Rods:

• Standard 9.5:1 MAHLE pistons and Callies H-beam connecting rods.

Advanced Engine Modifications:

• King main and rod bearings, balance shaft delete, 10 mm CA625+ head studs (THIS ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK AND ESTIMATED FOR END OF DECEMBER 2024), new OEM head gasket, titanium retainers, and upgraded valve springs ensure optimal engine performance.

Cylinder Head Components:

• OEM cylinder head featuring Ford performance cams and Kelford springs and retainers.
