SPD 2015-2020 Ford F-150 5.0L Equal Length Exhaust Pre-Axle Dump Performance Kit

Our premium equal-length dual 3″ kit is the most unique exhaust system that will completely change the sound and performance of your 2015-2020 5.0L F-150.  The kit starts with our high flow catted Raptor style 5.0L downpipes that will handle up to 750rwhp with our standard cats. More than 750rwhp??  GESI 85230 cats will handle up to 1600rwhp.  GESI G-Sport cats have metal substrates that are fused to the outer walls.  They won’t break up or blow out.  They are the most resilient catalytic converts.

Our equal length with an x-pipe is designed to balance exhaust pressures on both banks, and it completely changes the exhaust tone. You will hear your 5.0L engine’s actual firing pattern, which sounds fantastic. Our HX series straight-thru design dual in/dual out 3″ muffler has a proprietary hard pack sound dampening material that filters out the drone. It will not break down and get louder over time.  Loose pack (cheaper) sound-dampening material will break down from harmonic vibrations and pressure changes in your exhaust system, eventually blowing out your tailpipe or settling on the bottom of your muffler.  Our CNC laser cut and machined flanges have the largest inner diameter for the best possible flow. What’s a Helmholtz Resonator?

The primary purpose of the Helmholtz resonator on this exhaust system is to reduce in-cab noise/drone without making the exhaust too quiet. You will still enjoy the exotic exhaust notes of equal length without the drone by targeting and neutralizing specific drone frequencies.

Off-road and On-road Capability

Our pre-axle dump design has been off-road proven in the harshest environments and will give you ultimate clearance.  Whether you raise, lower or install cantilever rear suspension, the exhaust system will never be a problem.  You never have to worry about bending, denting, or crushing your tailpipes or tips.  Just send it!!

We have unlocked the full potential of the Ford Performance 5.0L Coyote manifolds, which has produced over 1000hp without causing false knock.  It is easy to install and comes with all-new hardware. Fits all 2015-2024 F-150 5.0L Coyote V8

This kit will fit 2021-2024 5.0L F-150 but may cause a CEL because of the higher requirements of the 2021+ emission systems.
