⛽ High Pressure Fuel Pump Options
XDI EVO — 36% flow increase over OEM. Max rail pressure 250bar / 3600psi. Same piston size as HPFP35 but with redesigned internals that maintain flow capacity all the way to 240bar. The EVO shines at 180bar+ where the HPFP35 starts losing flow capacity.
XDI HPFP60 — 63% flow increase over OEM. Max rail pressure 260bar / 3800psi. The biggest capacity pump in the XDI lineup for the F-150 platform. Built for maximum fueling demands — big turbos, built motors, full E85.
💉 DI Injector Option
XDI +50% DI Injectors (Set of 6) — 100% XDI manufactured and tested. Based on the OEM Bosch core for perfect ECU compatibility. Flow-matched to within ±1% at 100bar and 200bar. E85 compatible. OEM spray pattern maintains perfect idle, cold start and drivability. Minimal tuning changes required.
🔧 Port Injector Option
Injector Dynamics ID 1050-XDS (Set of 6) — 1065cc/min at 3.0 Bar. Dual Slope Matching for superior cylinder-to-cylinder consistency. Compatible with all known fuels. USCAR connector. Max fuel pressure 10.0 Bar (145 psi).
