How long does it take for my parts to ship?
If it's in stock and ready to roll, your order usually ships within 1–3 business days. For made-to-order or specialty items like carbon fiber parts and custom builds, turnaround can take up to 8 weeks — perfection takes time. You'll get a timeline during checkout or from our team.
Do you send tracking with my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If your order ships via freight, you'll get a separate email with a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
What happens if my parts arrive damaged or get lost?
Things happen on the road — even to boxes. If your order arrives damaged, snap a few clear photos of the box and product and send them our way right away. If your shipment is lost, email or call us and we'll help track it down and make it right. We stand behind every order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Select "International shipping quote" in the form above and include your full address. We'll get back to you with a custom shipping estimate. Most international orders ship via freight or express courier depending on the size and weight.
Do you offer installation at your shop?
We do — right here at our 5,000 sq ft facility in Thousand Oaks, CA. Whether it's carbon fiber aero, exhaust systems, or a full build, our team handles it. Choose "Installation request" in the contact form or call us to schedule.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order parts are non-returnable. Contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the process — no hassle, no runaround.
