If you're unhappy with the product you received and it hasn't been installed, damaged, or opened from its original packaging, please contact us within 14 days of your delivery to start your return process.

We strive to offer superior customer service. If your return window has expired, please still reach out—we may be able to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

General Return Policy

To initiate a return, contact a Function Factory Crew member within 14 days from the purchase date. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to process your return.

Products and packaging must be returned in new, resalable condition. Some products cannot be returned—see the non-returnable products section below.

Processing Fee Notice

All refunds, cancellations, and returns are subject to up to a 35% processing fee. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Call us immediately at 805-267-9762—we ship orders quickly! Email requests may not be received in time.

Already Shipped?

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. For FedEx shipments, address changes cost $50 per package. USPS shipments cannot be redirected while in transit.

International Orders

For international orders shipping outside the US, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada—no changes, modifications, or cancellations are allowed once the order is placed.

Backorder Policy

No Live Inventory

Function Factory Performance does NOT offer live inventory for products listed on our website. Due to the nature of the automotive industry and thousands of items from hundreds of manufacturers, we cannot display real-time stock levels.

Shipping Sources

Items may ship from our Arizona warehouse or directly from the manufacturer/distributor.

Backorder Notifications

When items are on backorder, we'll notify you via email. Some manufacturers communicate better than others.

Urgent Orders

For time-sensitive orders, contact our sales team directly. You are responsible for express shipping costs.

Need It By a Specific Date?

Contact us at support@ffperformance.co to verify product availability before purchasing. We will not cover express shipping costs to meet your deadlines.

Defective or Damaged Products

Wrong or Defective Item: If we send you a different product or a defective item, contact us within 14 days. We'll replace it and process your return at no charge.

Damaged in Shipping: If you receive an item damaged in shipping, call us within 24 hours of receipt. We'll set up a Route claim and send a replacement once processed.

  • Photos may be required to process damage claims
  • We are not responsible for labor costs from installing defective parts
  • Defects outside our return policy but within manufacturer warranty—contact the manufacturer directly
  • Used or installed defective items cannot be returned

Warranty & Manufacturer Claims

For defects that occur outside our 14-day return policy but within the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer has sole determination of the claim outcome.

As a courtesy, Function Factory Performance will gladly try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim, but we have no final say in the manufacturer's decision (approvals, denials, fees, etc.).

Unauthorized Returns

If you return a product without an RMA number, it will take up to 3 weeks to process, and a 25% restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

If your unauthorized return hasn't been processed within 3 weeks, please contact us.

Chargebacks

Important Notice

If a customer initiates a chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately and prohibit access to our website. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 805-267-9762 to resolve any issues before disputing the charge.

By agreeing to our "No Refund" clause at checkout, you acknowledge that large body kit and carbon fiber items are extremely difficult to stop production once started. Please be 100% confident in your purchase. This information will be provided to your bank if a chargeback is filed.
