The first step to making more power on any twin-turbocharged engine is to allow the turbos to breathe easier. Unrestricting the intake and exhaust paths into and out of the turbos can make improvements in turbocharger spool time, boost threshold, and overall power output. The AMS Performance 2017-2020 Ford Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost Street Downpipes have been designed with that principle in mind, creating a free-flowing exhaust path out of the turbochargers to improve all aspects of engine performance. Utilizing EPA-compliant catalytic converters from industry titan MagnaFlow, our AMS downpipes for the Raptor are the perfect solution for increased performance and OEM-like fitment and emission control.

The AMS Snailworks© Engineering Team has designed the AMS Performance 2017-2020 Ford Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost Street Downpipes to be a direct bolt-in install without hacking up your prized possession. Our AMS Engineers utilized SOLIDWORKS© CAD software to blueprint the entire unit with smooth features and geometry to optimize exhaust flow. The design of the new AMS Performance 2017-2020 Ford Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost Street Downpipes positions it to be the best performing, highest quality, and easiest to install unit on the market.
Our engineers have even gone the extra mile and designed the inlet flanges to bottom out on the OEM studs and have chamfered the downpipe mounting flanges to evenly distribute clamping force evenly, resulting in a perfect seal. Extra attention was given to enlarging the factory connection to the turbo outlets. The AMS Downpipes achieved a 24.7% increase in cross-sectional area at the inlet, the largest on the market. These enlarged downpipe inlets match perfectly in size to our AMS Turbine Housing Adapters (sold separately).
