Heat Extractor Vent. The Type-GR GT350 Style Hood also features a powerful center heat extractor vent that adds a hardcore, muscular look that simultaneously works to boost your Pony’s power. By extracting heat from your Mustang’s engine bay, this vent keeps it running as cool as possible, offering an added boost in horsepower right when you need it.
Installation. Securing this hood requires your Mustang’s OE hardware, but can be done by those with moderate skills in just 1 hour. Re-installing gas shocks/dampers/struts isn’t recommended. Modifications may be necessary for the correct fitment of the OE windshield washer spray nozzle system.
