About This Product
The BBI Autosport 3.5" Titanium Exhaust System is an essential component of the 991 GT2 RS Power Package. Built entirely from lightweight titanium and utilizing 3D printing for critical components, this system weighs just 11.9 lbs — 58% lighter than the 29 lb OEM exhaust. The 3D printed titanium crossover provides unique geometry for smooth exhaust flow with an internal port that balances the banks.
The exhaust tips are also 3D printed, replacing the decorative factory rings with functional components that incorporate motorsport elements. The inner ring is specifically designed to lower decibel levels, borrowed directly from race exhaust outlet engineering.
Competition use only. This is not a road-legal system. Designed for off-road/track use.
