Upgraded silicone charge pipes that won’t fail under pressure
BMW’s S55 motor is a modern marvel but one weakness and restriction we’ve identified is the boost tubes or charge pipes that connect the turbochargers to the intercooler. Made of thin plastic these factory parts are restrictive and prone to snapping apart where the flange meets the tube, splitting along the length, and/or slipping out of their intercooler couplers.
The Burger Motorsports silicone S55 charge pipes are a huge 2″ inner diameter eliminating all the restrictions found in the flattened factory pipes. They’re incredibly strong reinforced silicone, have a super smooth inner passage, are easy to install, and look great under the hood.
They are gloss black to match the engine bay and come with heavy-duty CNC machined aluminum inlet couplers. No marking or logos are visible for a stealth look. Includes all hardware required for the installation.
