The Borla 60548 X-Pipe is the missing link between your C7’s factory catalytic converters and a Borla axle-back system. Pair it with a Borla S-Type, ATAK, or Touring axle-back and you’ve effectively built yourself a full Cat-Back exhaust — with the merge X-Pipe geometry that scavenges spent gas across both banks for measurable horsepower and that signature Borla note.
Built from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel — superior to T-400 series alloys (such as 409) and engineered to outlive the rest of the car. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends keep flow velocity high through every transition, and CNC-precision manufacturing ensures the X-Pipe drops in cleanly on Stingray, Grand Sport, and Z06 builds. With adapters, it can be paired with long-tube or short-tube headers.

Installation requires cutting the OE system. Cut and clamp behind the secondary catalytic converters. Professional installation recommended. Standard slip-fit clamp connections at the OE-side and Borla axle-back interfaces.
