WHAT THIS DOES
This is the entry-level ATAK cat-back for S650 GTs without Active Exhaust. The loudest cat-back Borla makes for the non-active GT, without the Merge X-Pipe. Replaces the rear section from the cats back with 3-inch true dual piping and quad 4-inch polished chrome tips. No X-Pipe — simpler system, lower price point. For the upgraded version with the Merge X-Pipe (better sound merging, better flow), see the 140969/140970 series.
No drone. Borla’s Polyphonic Harmonizer inside the muffler kills highway resonance without touching the throttle response. Loud when you want it, quiet when you don’t.
Borla tunes every system on a real S650 before production. This is not a universal kit adapted to fit — it is engineered for the Coyote V8’s exhaust pulses and the S650 chassis packaging.
WHAT IT’S MADE OF
T-304 stainless steel, not the T-409 that cheaper brands use. Won’t rust, pit, or discolor. Every bend is mandrel-bent (not crush-bent) for smooth flow, and each system is CNC-machined for bolt-on fitment. Made in the USA.
