Remote Pro-Tuning for M-Tuner Calibration Suite (M840T)

We are now offering Remote Pro-Tuning for all customers who have purchased the M-Tuner Calibration Suite for M840T.

If you’re looking to extract every ounce of safe power from your McLaren, or have a parts configuration not covered in our map notes, we can now customize your calibration remotely or at our South Florida Dyno Facility.


What’s Included

  • Pro-Tuning purchase is valid for one octane.

  • Includes enabling of our M840T Motorsport Features Package at no extra charge.

  • M-Tuner required for Pro-Tuning services.


Additional Costs

  • $250 surcharge for McLarens with upgraded injectors or turbo systems (due to added complexity).

  • Additional octane maps are available for $250 each.

  • Dyno rental is highly recommended and, in most cases, required. Dyno rental costs are not included and must be arranged by the customer.

A liability waiver must be signed and emailed to us before tuning.

Pro-Tune Service Disclaimer

Scheduling Notice

  • Pro-Tunes must be scheduled in advance with at least 24 hours’ notice and must be approved by M-Engineering.

  • The customer is responsible for scheduling with their dyno facility.

Business Hours

  • Tuning hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET.

  • If tuning extends beyond business hours, a new day must be scheduled and purchased separately.

Mechanical Issues

  • If issues arise, tuning will pause until repairs are complete.

  • A new date must then be scheduled and approved.

Punctuality Policy

  • If a session is over 1 hour late, the Pro-Tune will be canceled.

  • Must be rescheduled and repurchased. No refunds for late or missed appointments.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Must be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid repurchasing.

Delays Policy

  • Purchase covers up to 7 hours of tuning time.

  • Up to 2 reschedules allowed if delays are outside of M-Engineering’s control.

  • Providing 72+ hours’ notice does not count against this policy.

  • Any further rescheduling or excessive delays will incur a $1,000 fee per instance.


Disclaimer

  • Customer accepts all risks and responsibilities for tuning and added features.

  • If the purchaser is not the end-user, it is their responsibility to notify the vehicle owner of risks.

  • M-Engineering is not liable for voided warranties.


Return Policy

  • All sales are final, non-refundable.

  • Calibrations are tailored for individual vehicles.

  • Not liable for misuse, installation errors, or mechanical issues.

  • End-users are responsible for vehicle maintenance, proper installation of aftermarket parts, and keeping vehicles updated with manufacturer TSBs.

  • Remote diagnostic support is provided to the best of our ability.

How long does it take for my parts to ship?
If it’s in stock and ready to roll, your order usually hits the road within 1–3 business days.

For made-to-order or specialty items (like carbon fiber parts or custom builds), the turnaround can take up to 8 weeks — perfection takes time.

Either way, we’ll keep you updated so you know exactly when your parts are leaving the pit lane.
Do you send tracking with my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey from our shop to your doorstep.

If your order ships via freight, you’ll get a separate email with a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page — easy and stress-free.
What happens if my parts get lost or damaged?
Things happen on the road — even to boxes. If your order arrives damaged, snap a few clear photos of the box and product and send them our way right away.

If your shipment is lost, just email or call us — we’ll help track it down and guide you through the next steps to make it right.
