Mantic Clutch USA 1997-2008 Mitsubishi Lancer EVO Organic Twin Disc Clutch

The stock clutch on the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO is made for stock horsepower. The Mantic 9000 series twin disc clutch and flywheel combo for the EVO is perfect for any bolt on upgrades as well as superchargers, nitrous or turbo builds. The Organic friction material and all billet construction make it more durable yet very friendly for everyday driving. Direct fitment for the Lancer EVO Gen 4 through Gen 9 models with either 5 Speed or 6 Speed transmissions. Pedal effort remains relatively low, approximately 12-15% increase over the OE clutch pedal feel.

This Mantic Clutch kit uses their unique sprung center with twin cushioned organic discs. This means more torque capacity and heat resistance while retaining excellent drivability. The Mantic single disc clutch uses 9″ diameter disc that greatly reduces the Moment of Inertia (MOI) for a seamless transition of power between gears. More horsepower to the ground as well as quicker precise shifts is the huge benefit over the stock clutch.

The clutch is modular in construction for ease of service and is completely rebuildable. The red clutch cover and components are machined from billet stock adding strength and durability. 100% billet construction will not flex under heavy usage like other stamped steel units.
