What This Does
This is the same Race Profile sound as MBRP’s stainless EcoBoost system — aggressive, loud, built to turn heads — at the lowest price in the EcoBoost cat-back lineup.
If you want the full race tone and are not chasing the longest-life material, this is the value path. It installs behind the catalytic converters and leaves the factory emissions equipment in place.
What It’s Made Of
Built from aluminized steel — MBRP’s value-grade material, formed to the same specification and fitment as the premium stainless systems. Like any aluminized system it can develop surface rust over time, more so on salted winter roads; that is surface cosmetic, not a structural defect.
The 4.5-inch tips are dual-wall and finished in polished T304 stainless. Mandrel-bent 3-inch tubing throughout.
