The 2009-2020 Nissan GT-R R35 RS-1600 Race Intercooler and Race Piping Kit starts with the very high quality and efficient core from Vibrant Performance, It is then hand fabricated and TIG welded each set of tanks in-house. The end tanks are constructed from .125″ thick 5052 USA aluminum for high boost applications, tested to over 80psi in fact!

The intercooler comes complete with mounting tabs on the top and sides so install is also a breeze once the factory composite structure is cut to clear a race intercooler.
We have paired this intercooler with a set of powder-coated Aluminum charge pipes that are made in the USA, and are designed to fit Tial 50mm blow-off valves and Turbosmart Raceports. The upper charge piping is constructed from 3″ mandrel-bent tubing, and the lower 1-piece piping is 2.75″ diameter.
Intercooler core dimensions: 22″ x 14″ x 4.5″ core.
