SPD Performance 170 Degree Performance Thermostat for 2011-2016 Ford F-150 with 2.7L, 3.5L EcoBoost, and 5.0L V8 Coyote engines. Delivers consistent engine cooling and increased horsepower by reducing engine temperature. Features stainless steel construction for durability and precise metering of water throughout the engine. Proper bypass control ensures maximum cooling efficiency. Direct replacement installation with no modifications required. 170 Degree thermostats are recommended for hot climates (Red-Orange zones). Highly recommended for tuned motors as cooler temps allow more timing advancement and protect the motor from damaging heat. 100% Made in USA. Reuses original O-ring.
