Need more performance, MPG, and sound from your 2022-2024 Ford Bronco Raptor 3.0L Ford Bronco Raptor? Look no further! All of SPD’s catted downpipes use the UHO ULEV EPA-approved catalytic converters or GESI G-Sport UHO EPA catalytic converters and larger 3″ diameter mandrel-bent tubing, which improves throttle response, mileage, and overall performance while reducing turbo lag and exhaust temperatures (EGTs). Our downpipes do not require custom tuning and can be used as a factory downpipe replacement. Our catalytic converters are made in the USA and are designed to be used in racing applications.
Why Upgrade?
The factory 3.0L Bronco downpipes are highly restrictive. The main restriction is in the factory turbo flanges, which are made from cast material that chokes the flow. Our laser-cut and CNC machined flanges have TIG welded 3″ 304ss mandrel-bent tubing, allowing maximum flow to increase power/torque while lowering EGTs. Lowering EGTs is important for trail riding and dunes or anywhere low vehicle speed and max power are required.
On all SPD Performance’s 304 stainless catted downpipes, you get:

- Factory style flanged clamps on all flared turbo and exit connections

Please allow downpipes with GESI cats 2-4 weeks to ship.
We use EPA-approved catalytic converters, but you are responsible for verifying that they are legal under your state and county laws.
