This Steeda ProFlow Mustang Cold Air Intake for 2015-2019 Ford EcoBoost Mustang opens up the intake system of Ford’s new turbocharged 2.3L L4 power plant and allows it to breathe much more freely than the stock intake system allows – taking your 2015-2019 Ford EcoBoost Mustang to the next level of performance.
Steeda engineers started with a large surface area high-flow nano-fiber air filter, added their famous ‘race-tested’ velocity stack entry, and then designed a black rotary-molded heat shield with a durable rubber gasket to seal the shield against the vehicle’s hood.
You would think this is more than enough, but they went the extra mile and designed this intake system with a complete replacement intake tube from the CAI box to the turbo!
This Steeda ProFlow Mustang Cold Air Intake for S550 2015-2019 EcoBoost Mustang is so effective at improving airflow to the engine that simply bolting it on will increase your horsepower and torque. A performance tune can be added for maximum performance! In an effort to maximize performance and provide customers with only the very best products.
You have the option to run this bolt-on CAI with or without a tune. Please reference our dyno sheet included in the images above:
– Baseline run (non-PP): 256.51 rwhp and 288.27 ft/lbs tq
– CAI installed (factory tune): 283.21 rwhp and 298.03 ft/lbs tq
– CAI installed with Steeda tune: 304.28 rwhp and 366.26 ft/lbs tq
With no tune, we saw a gain of 26.7 rwhp and 9.76 ft/lbs tq!
With a Steeda tune, we saw a gain of 47.77 rwhp and 77.99 ft/lbs tq over stock!
