You may have added a good amount of per formance-enhancing mods to your non-Per formance Pack 2015+ Mustang Base GT or Per formance Pack equipped EcoBoost at this point in time. More power can get your 5.0L Coyote or 2.3L EcoBoost up to speed faster, but without proper braking power you may struggle to slow down. Our Steeda S550 Mustang Two-Piece Per formance Pack Brembo Big Brake Kit was manufactured using OE-quality brake components from Per formance Pack GT Mustangs and will provide you with ample amount of braking power.
Our Steeda S550 Mustang Two-Piece Per formance Pack Brembo Big Brake Kit features our set of two-piece 15" front and two-piece 13" rear slotted rotors. The two-piece design of our rotors are far superior to your stock blank rotors in all braking aspects. The slots on these rotors will allow for better heat dissipation resulting in better brake cooling under extreme conditions. Cooler brakes, as most know, will allow for overall increased braking per formance.
We pair our Steeda S550 big brake kit with a set of Per formance Package Brembo 6 piston front brake calipers. These big brake calipers will cover more surface area on you rotor, and be able to apply more force to your new big brake rotors. The larger amount of force being applied across a larger surface area will give you an immense amount of braking power. These Brembo brake calipers come complete with a set of G-Loc GS-1 brake pads.
To top this kit all off we throw in a set of our Steeda Mustang Stainless Braided Brake Lines. These brake lines will work far superior than your stock brake lines. The strength of these brake lines prevent any brake line expansion in your brake system, resulting in better brake pedal feel and brake responsiveness. Made from 304 stainless steel outer wrap and Kevlar braid for strength, these are the icing on the cake for our Steeda big brake kit.
