UPR’s compact Plug N Play ™ Oil Separator Catch Can kit for your 2025 Ford Explorer ST 3.0 Ecoboost SUV. This new catch can kit is perfect for customers who do not want to drill or modify their vehicle. Easy 5-minute install that you can do in your driveway! This system is designed to be easy to install and return to stock if needed for service visits or lease turn-ins. Does not require drilling of your factory intake tube. It does not require removing or replacing the driver-side orange fitting at the crankcase vent connection. This simple kit will effectively separate the oil that would typically travel from your PCV valve to the intake manifold, significantly reducing intake valve deposits and combustion chamber contamination.

This kit is 100% modular and can be fully disassembled or emptied and cleaned in seconds. It utilizes UPR Braided Hose and Billet Hose Ends to give you the Best Looking and Performing Setup Possible- There are no cheap stock lines here that have been cut and spliced on! Featuring the New UPR Plug N Play ™ Catch Can Fittings, you can empty the can without removing your engine’s intake cover or catch can lines. (UPR Exclusive Push Button Fittings) We have hundreds of hours testing our new Multi-Stage Oil Separator to ensure proven results will exceed your expectations. We even double the size of the oil containment chamber compared to other brands. This patented design has the most advanced internal function. From coalescing to condensing, every aspect was engineered properly. It cannot be compared or confused with units with side-by inlets and outlets with screens rolled up and shoved. The Multi-chamber technology in every UPR catch can capture and filter all the oil vapor and trash from getting into your air intake tract. This is the most important reason for a catch can.

It is manufactured from Domestic T-6 6061 Aluminum bar stock and finished using only the best Diamond cutters to exceed your expectations of what a superior product should fit and look like.

All UPR catch can kits are ready to install as-is. We offer upgrades to allow you to tailor a kit to your needs. Descriptions of the upgrades are below.

UPR Billet Pro Series Check Valve:
This is a larger, higher-flowing check valve than the standard one. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low-speed driveability.

UPR Billet One-Way Valve Cover Breather:
These are valve-cover breathers with a one-way valve inside. These are designed to allow excess/positive crankcase pressure to exit through the breather when in boost. Then, it closes and returns to vacuum while driving to prevent unmetered air from entering and maintain perfect driveability. These are also ideal for vehicles in very cold or freezing weather as they allow crankcase pressure to escape until condensation or frozen condensation in the PCV hoses melts or thaws. This is a must to ensure maximum engine seal life. The UPR filter is washable with warm water and a mild detergent like dish soap.

UPR Adjustable Billet PCV Fitting:
The adjustable Billet PCV fitting includes 4 jets of different sizes. It eliminates the failure-prone factory PCV and allows for the needed restriction. Jet sizes and application basics for the Adjustable version are explained below.

•  .100 Jet size is slightly more restrictive than the factory PCV fitting to allow you to restrict the PCV for vehicles ingesting too much oil through the PCV and wanting to reduce oil consumption.
•  .125 Jet size is slightly less restrictive than the factory PCV fitting, allowing you to adjust the PCV to increase flow more than the factory for vehicles that only need minor adjustments to eliminate vapor locking in the PCV system.
• .150 Jet size is even less restrictive for the boosted vehicles that tow and are driven more challenging to increase flow more than factory for cars that only need more adjustment to eliminate vapor locking in the PCV system.
•  .175 Jet size is the least restrictive compared to the factory PCV fitting. It allows for the most significant adjustment of the jets for modified vehicles that generate a lot of blow-by / back pressure to eliminate vapor locking/flooding the clean side of the PCV system with oil.
