ZACmotorsports has created these manifolds to solve the 3 main issues holding back 1000+HP engine builds, those being:
1) High boost levels fracturing the stock plastic manifolds.
2) Factory intakes choke flow with small air volume and poor flowing design that compromises power for lower manufacturing cost.
3) Fuel – The factory fuel system is at its limit above 800HP. Water/Methanol systems provide an unreliable “patch” to the issue. Their manifolds are designed to use utilize 8x injectors (14mm ends, 34mm) that can be controlled with a stand-alone “Piggyback” ECU system.
In addition, Their list of features:
4 injector ports each side with threaded and O ringed bungs (you can upgrade to injectors later).
2 accessories (BSP thread) for Meth or Nitrous injection.
2 port for additional pressure diagnosis.
2 fuel rails that can be mounted later if you decide.
Beautifully machined from 6061 aluminum, and anodized silver (raw/polished) or stealth black for long-lasting durability.
