Why You Need This
C7 Corvettes equipped with Active Fuel Management (AFM) have electronically controlled exhaust valves. When running an AWE performance exhaust system, these valves can actuate unexpectedly, causing popping, misfiring, or CEL codes. The Valve Simulator plugs into the stock wiring harness and signals the ECU that the valves are in the correct position — keeping everything clean and CEL-free.
