WHAT THIS DOES
This is the loudest exhaust Borla makes for the S650 Mustang GT. The ATAK Cat-Back replaces everything from the cats back with 3-inch true dual piping, a Merge X-Pipe, and quad 4-inch black chrome tips. All four factory exhaust modes still work. First cold start, you'll hear the difference.
No drone. Borla's Polyphonic Harmonizer inside the muffler kills highway resonance without touching the throttle response. Loud when you want it, quiet when you don't.
The Merge X-Pipe is what separates this from Borla's other ATAK cat-back (140970, ~$500 less). It merges the exhaust pulses between banks for a cleaner V8 tone and faster flow out of the heads.
WHAT IT'S MADE OF
T-304 stainless steel, not the T-409 that cheaper brands use. Won't rust, pit, or discolor. Every bend is mandrel-bent (not crush-bent) for smooth flow, and each system is CNC-machined for bolt-on fitment. Made in the USA. Ships at 62.5 lbs boxed (61 x 16 x 13 inches).
