WHAT THIS DOES

This is the loudest exhaust Borla makes for the S650 Mustang GT. The ATAK Cat-Back replaces everything from the catalytic converters back with 3-inch true dual piping, a Merge X-Pipe, and quad 4-inch chrome tips. It keeps your factory Active Exhaust modes fully functional — Quiet, Normal, Sport, and Track all still work through the factory buttons.

Zero cabin drone. Borla’s Polyphonic Harmonizer inside the muffler uses pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust tones that cancel out resonance at cruising RPMs. You get the aggressive note at full throttle without the headache on the highway.

The Merge X-Pipe is what separates this system from Borla’s cheaper ATAK cat-back (140970, ~$500 less). The X-Pipe merges the exhaust pulses between banks for a cleaner, more balanced V8 tone and better scavenging.

WHAT IT’S MADE OF

Full T-304 stainless steel construction — not the T-409 that cheaper brands use. T-304 won’t rust, pit, or discolor. Every bend is mandrel-bent (not crush-bent) for smooth flow, and each system is CNC-machined for bolt-on fitment. Made in the USA. Ships at 63.7 lbs boxed (61 x 16 x 13 inches).
