These long tube headers replace the factory exhaust manifolds on your C8 Stingray with precision-engineered primary tubes and vehicle-matched port geometry, increasing flow and eliminating exhaust leaks. Each side terminates in a 3.0-inch collector with a scavenging spike, and a 3/8-inch laser-cut flange provides a secure fit at the mounting face.
Choose a header-only set or a version paired with a matching catalytic converter section — both bolt to OEM hangers and factory mounting points using the included hardware and gaskets. Installation is a direct bolt-on job, though the ECU needs to be tuned afterward to match the new exhaust flow; plan on professional installation and a lift for a typical 1-2 hour job.
