WHAT THIS DOES
This is the loudest cat-back Corsa makes for the S650. The Xtreme Valved replaces everything from the factory X-pipe back with 3.0-inch mandrel-bent piping and Corsa's straight-through muffler design. With the valves open, you get 8+ decibels over stock and a deep, aggressive V8 bark that announces itself on cold starts and pulls. Close the valves from the cabin and it settles down for highway cruising without cabin drone.
Corsa's No DRONE RSC technology is the differentiator here. Most loud exhausts drone at highway RPM. This one doesn't. The reflective sound cancellation tuning inside the muffler bodies eliminates the 2,000-3,000 RPM resonance that makes long drives miserable. You get the volume when you want it and silence when you don't.
The system integrates with Ford's factory Active Exhaust module. Your dash button still controls valve position. No aftermarket controllers, no extra wiring. The Double Helixx X-Pipe built into the system scavenges exhaust pulses for a smoother power band and that classic crossplane V8 rumble.
WHAT IT'S MADE OF
Full T-304 stainless steel construction from the X-pipe to the tips. Mandrel-bent tubing keeps the internal diameter consistent through every bend for maximum flow. The Black PVD tips are dual-wall slash cut at 4.0 inches with a coating that holds up to heat cycling without discoloring. Engineered and manufactured in Berea, Ohio.
