The CVF Race Downpipes are high-flow, unrestricted stainless steel downpipes designed for the 2020–2024 Ford Explorer ST 3.0L twin-turbo EcoBoost. By eliminating the restrictive factory catalytic converters, these downpipes dramatically reduce back pressure and unlock significant gains in horsepower and torque — especially when paired with an aftermarket tune. Built from T304 stainless steel with 100% mandrel-bent 3-inch diameter tubing and precision TIG-welded construction, these downpipes are engineered for maximum flow and long-term durability.

Vehicle Compatibility
Installation
These downpipes are a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory downpipes. Installation requires raising the vehicle, removing the factory downpipes from the turbo outlets and mid-pipe connection, and bolting in the CVF race downpipes. A professional tune is strongly recommended after installation to recalibrate fuel trims and take full advantage of the increased exhaust flow. Most installations are completed in 2–3 hours on a lift.
For track and off-road use only. Not legal for use on public roads in states that require emissions testing. An aftermarket tune is required to prevent check engine lights.
