The T3 slot pattern delivers improved brake bite and quieter operation than cross-drilled rotors, with stronger rotor face structural integrity for sustained high-temperature use.

T3 vs XD — Which to Pick
If you do street + occasional canyon driving, the cross-drilled XD (front) + T3 slotted (rear) combo gives the best of both worlds — drilled face cools faster up front where the heat lives, slotted rear cleans the pad without weakening the disc. If you’re running HPDE/track days, run T3 slotted on both axles for maximum structural integrity under sustained high heat.
