This is a short block — cylinder head, head studs, head gasket, gasket kits, and timing components are sold separately. EMS recommends OEM head gaskets & CA625+ head studs (add via Must-Haves bundle).
Installation note: EMS does not take responsibility if assembled or timed incorrectly by non-EMS technicians. The 2.3L EcoBoost is more complex than it looks. If uncertain, schedule a Facetime / WebEx / Zoom consultation at $75/hr by calling EMS at (423) 500-4901 BEFORE proceeding.
