The cowl design facilitates heat dissipation through the back of the hood above the blower when the car is moving at low speeds. At higher speeds, this area creates a high-pressure zone that directs cool air into the engine bay. Upon conducting tests, it was found that the engine temperature has decreased by approximately 5-8 degrees Celsius following the installation of the hood. Additionally, the heat extractor vents are effective at expelling hot air from the engine bay, regardless of the car’s speed or whether it’s stationary. Even after turning off the car, heat continues to escape from these vents without any assistance from the radiator fans.
Before beginning the installation, ensure that the vehicle is clean and dry. Also, ensure that all necessary tools and hardware are readily available. Locate the mounting points on the part that will attach. Test fit to ensure proper alignment and fitment. Using the provided hardware, attach the splitter to the mounting points on the part.
