The AX80 Aluminum Profile Sim Racing Rig is Extreme Simracing’s entry into the aluminum profile chassis segment — 80×40mm extruded profile, bolted T-slot construction, and a full accessory ecosystem. Where the Chassis 3.0 is welded steel and the AX160 is 160mm aluminum flagship, the AX80 sits in the sweet spot: pro-level rigidity at an accessible price, with room to scale as your gear grows.
Designed for formula drift setup replicas, approved by professional drivers, and backed by a 5-year warranty. If you race competitively on mid-to-high-tier direct-drive gear but aren’t ready to commit to the AX160, this is your rig.

Installation Notes
- Footprint — full rig: 5′ × 4′ floor space + clearance. Caster wheels allow repositioning between sessions.
- Build order — frame first, seat second, wheelbase third, pedals last. Pedal torque anchors the frame.
- Solo-build time — 90–120 minutes with metric hex set (3/4/6mm) and 13mm socket.
- Wheelbase mount — frontal direct-drive by default; side horizontal mount optional for lean-forward geometry.
- Monitor tip — eye line at upper third of screen; drop the bracket if shorter than 5’10”.
- Accessory ecosystem — all 80×40-profile accessories bolt directly to the frame; no drilling required.

- Local delivery & consultation ($3,000) — we deliver to your Southern California location, assemble on-site, calibrate your wheel base + pedals to your height and brake pressure, and run a tuning session with you on iRacing / ACC / Assetto Corsa. You leave with a working baseline setup.
- Out-of-state delivery + Discord consultation ($4,500) — ships crated and palletized. We join you live on Discord for up to 3 hours covering assembly, calibration, software (SimHub, CrewChief, Moza Pit House, SIMAGIC Orbit), and first-session coaching.
