The Chassis 3.0 Sim Racing Configurator is Extreme Simracing’s longest-running platform — over a decade of continuous refinement, trusted by more than 25,000 drivers worldwide. This is the rig that earned ESR its reputation before the aluminum profile ecosystem existed: low-torsion steel, modular mounting, and a complete accessory ecosystem that lets you start simple and scale as your gear grows.
Where entry-tier chassis flex under hard braking and roll under wheel load, the Chassis 3.0 stays planted. Servo-motor bases lock in, mid-tier direct-drives transmit clean feedback, and the integrated TV mount keeps your eye line where it belongs — at the top third of the screen, not centered like an office monitor.

Installation Notes
- Footprint — full rig needs roughly 5′ × 4′ floor space + pedal-kick and seat-travel clearance. Rolls on casters between sessions.
- Build order — frame first, seat second, wheelbase third, pedals last. Torque pedal-plate bolts only after the frame is seated.
- Solo-build time — 60–90 minutes with standard metric tools. First-time builders should plan 2 hours.
- Wheelbase mount — side-clamp default; front-mount bracket optional for direct-drive bases.
- Monitor tip — eye line at upper third of screen, not centered. Drop the bracket if you’re under 5’10” on a fixed-height chair.
- Electronics not included — wheel, pedals, and shifter are your choice; seat is included via the configurator.

Optional at checkout — two tiers when available:
- Local delivery & consultation ($3,000) — we deliver to your Southern California location, assemble on-site, calibrate your wheel base + pedals to your height and brake pressure, and run a tuning session with you on iRacing / ACC / Assetto Corsa. You leave with a working baseline setup.
- Out-of-state delivery + Discord consultation ($4,500) — ships crated and palletized. We join you live on Discord for up to 3 hours covering assembly, calibration, software (SimHub, CrewChief, Moza Pit House, SIMAGIC Orbit), and first-session coaching.
