Product Overview

A direct-replacement steering wheel for the 2015-2023 Ford Mustang S550. Real 3K 2×2 twill-weave carbon fiber at the upper and lower sections, automotive-grade red suede grip at 9 and 3, with integrated LED accent, and red contrast stitching. Round top, flat bottom.

Bolts to the factory steering column using the original mounting points. Your existing airbag module, paddle shifters, steering controls, and clock spring all transfer over. No drilling, no splicing, no reprogramming.

The carbon fiber gets a multi-layer UV-resistant clear coat and a machine polish, so the weave holds its depth instead of hazing under sun exposure. The wheel is lighter than the OEM unit, which cleans up steering response on turn-in.

Critical: 2015-2017 (pre-facelift) and 2018-2023 (post-facelift) Mustangs have DIFFERENT steering-column bolt patterns. Pick the correct Year in the dropdown — wrong year will not fit.

Installation

Direct bolt-on. Uses the factory steering-column mounting points — no drilling, no cutting, no structural modification.

• Airbag module, paddle shifters, trim pieces, and mounting hardware all transfer from your factory wheel.
• Installation hardware is not included — reuse your OEM hardware.
• Installation manual is not included.
• Professional installation is strongly recommended. The airbag module must be disconnected and reconnected correctly. Miswiring can set an SRS fault or disable the airbag entirely.
• Disconnect the battery and wait 10 minutes before removing the airbag assembly.
• Verify your Year first. 2015-2017 and 2018-2023 Mustangs have different steering-column bolt patterns — wrong selection will not install.
