The Full-Race FR-RAD-ECO is a 100% TIG-welded aluminum radiator upgrade designed to replace the failure-prone factory radiator on 2011-2014 Ford F-150 and Raptor trucks. The stock radiator uses plastic end tanks crimped to an aluminum core — a design notorious for cracking, leaking at the crimped seams, and failing under sustained towing or high-load conditions. The Full-Race unit eliminates plastic entirely with an all-aluminum, fully welded construction that will never crack or leak at a seam. Featuring a 2-row core with up to 60% more surface area and 20% greater coolant capacity than the factory unit, this radiator provides the thermal headroom that the stock cooling system lacks — especially critical for the twin-turbo 3.5L EcoBoost, which generates enormous heat under boost.

Installation

Drain the coolant, disconnect factory hoses, unbolt the stock radiator, and install the Full-Race unit in its place. All factory mounting points, hose connections, and the OEM fan and shroud assembly are retained. Refill with coolant and bleed the system. Basic hand tools and fresh coolant are all that’s required. Installation takes approximately 1-2 hours.
