Over 650+ Wheel horsepower on E55 and above, to be exact! Have a built block? Expect numbers over 700 wheel horsepower on E55+. Your Ford Raptor deserves the absolute best-performing parts on the market, and we’re putting them all together in one convenient bolt-on package—no more piecing parts together and wondering if everything will fit. We’ve equipped our Ford Raptor with our new “TRX Killer” kit to produce more than just peak power gains. Power comes on early, and we saw gains through the entire RPM range, making it an absolute blast to drive. To squeeze all the power out of the stock block (650 Wheel Horse Power), we recommend Dynamic Injectors 1050x Injector upgrade, an ethanol blend tune/Methanol Injection, and SPD High-Flow Downpipes available in the Dropdown boxes.

- Garrett PowerMax Stage 2 Turbos: Designed for enthusiasts craving substantial power gains while ensuring OEM reliability and seamless fitment. These purpose-built, stock-appearing, and stock-location upgrade turbos from Garrett are engineered for long-term durability and straightforward installation. With a remarkable 54% increase in flow compared to the OEM 2017+ F-150 and F-150 Raptor’s 3.5L EcoBoost stock turbochargers, the Garrett PowerMax Turbos offer the potential for anywhere from 400 to 700+ WHP with bolt-on G22 snails and supporting modifications.
- Full-Race Front Mount Intercooler: Featuring a high-quality 3.5” thick bar and plate core, this kit efficiently reduces charge air temperatures, enhancing the power output and throttle response. We also include upgraded aluminum charge piping, couplers, and clamps for easy installation.
- AMS Turbo Inlet Tubes: Designed for increased airflow and power gains, these inlet tubes boast a 222% increase in cross-sectional area near the turbo inlets. Engineered to retain OEM fittings and compatible with aftermarket OEM-style intakes
- AMS Turbo Inlet Couplers For PowerMax Turbos: Specifically designed for 2017-2020 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost models, these couplers ensure a seamless fit with AMS Inlet Tubes, allowing for enhanced airflow. The 64.5mm inner diameter and wire-reinforced structure provide durability and a smooth transition to accommodate the larger compressor inlets of the PowerMax turbos, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance for your vehicle.
- Full-Race Formline Turbo Manifolds: These stainless steel manifolds directly replace OEM cast iron manifolds. They resist warping and cracking while improving flow and fitment. They are a complete bolt-on replacement, including new OEM gaskets, studs, and nuts.
- Full-Race Billet Turbo Adapter Kit: The EcoBoost engines’ largest diameter and highest flowing turbo adapter. Engineered for maximum flow, these adapters offer over 20% more flow than competitor products, optimizing turbo performance.
- Freak-o-Boost Radiator: Whether towing a toy hauler or off-roading, this radiator upgrade is the best solution to keeping temps in check. This direct plug-and-play installation reduces engine coolant temperature (ECT) for the F-150 and Gen2 Raptor, ensuring optimal engine performance and durability in demanding conditions.
- Full-Race Inconel Exhaust Manifold Hardware Kit: Constructed of A286 Inconel Alloy, these studs and nuts offer superior temperature and corrosion resistance, preventing exhaust leaks and ensuring long-term reliability.
- NGK Ruthenium Spark Plugs: Featuring NGK’s patented ruthenium technology, these spark plugs provide maximum durability and performance, which is ideal for modern engines.
- Optional Ceramic Coating: Protect and enhance turbo or exhaust manifold efficiency with our in-house ceramic exhaust coating, available in black or silver. It improves under-hood temperatures and turbo spool while adding corrosion resistance. Important note: Ceramic coating may add 1-2 weeks to order lead time.
- UPR 2015-2023 F150 Ecoboost 3.5L Plug n Play™ Dual Valve Oil Catch Can with ECSS: This system is designed to require less maintenance between oil changes and eliminate the amount of moisture that’s collected from controlling condensation better by being mounted in the engine bay.
- COBB 2017-2023 Ford F-150 EcoBoost Raptor / Limited / 3.5L Carbon Fiber Redline Intake System: Help your engine breathe easier and look good while doing it with the Redline Carbon Fiber Intake System.
- Xtreme-DI High-Pressure Fuel Pump EVO: This GDI high-pressure pump was developed to replace the Bosch OEM high-pressure pump. It delivers up to 63% more fuel flow when mounted on the same CAM-Lobe. The kit has everything you need: the HPFP, base plate, hardware, and an electric pigtail. It is a true bolt-on solution with factory inlet and high-pressure line fit.
