Function Factory Performance is proud to present the ULTIMATE exhaust package for your generation 2, 2017 to 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor. The stock exhaust note isn’t everyone’s favorite, for those looking for more of an “exotic” sound such as the Ford GT, this is your best and only option. The Ford GT shares over 50% of its part from the Ford Raptor’s 3.5 twin-turbo v6 and one of the most important parts is the cylinder heads. We understand that Ford Performance tried to give the Raptor more of a “muscle” sound but we all know what’s under the hood.
The help achieve the smooth, Ford GT-like sound, we started with the AMS Performance 2015-2020 Ford F150 3.5L EcoBoost Turbine Housing Adaptor Kit. These adaptors allow 44% more airflow through the turbocharger turbines out to the downpipes. With just adaptors, Raptors have picked up over 40+ WHEEL TORQUE.
Where the stock Raptor falls short of sound harmonics are the OEM Downpipes. They are unequal in length and do not allow the exhaust the pulsations to come together in a harmonic way. To fix that, we’ll be changing out your OEM downpipes for our larger aFe Power 2017-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor Twisted Steel, 3″ equal length downpipes. These downpipes are catted meaning they will not produce a gassy smell and will comply with emissions regulations. With these downpipes alone, you will pick up over 16+ horsepower with no tune. We all it the Loop De Loop kit because of the loop in the passenger side downpipe to allow equal flow.

Utilizing an equal-length single loop design reduces drone and improves low-end torque.
High Flow Catalytic Converter:
These down-pipes utilize 400 CPSI (cell per square inch) catalytic converters for maximum flow.
Factory Mounting Locations:
These down-pipes mount directly to factory mounting locations and include hardware for a hassle-free installation.
Factory Style Connections:
Laser-cut factory-style flanges are used for a secure leak-free seal.
MIG-Welded:
Fabricated and welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability.
304 SS Construction:
These down-pipes are constructed of 3″ mandrel-bent, brushed 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance, and strength eliminating cracking.
To add the cherry on top, we connect the aFe downpipes to an MBRP 2017-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor 3.5L 3in Resonator Bypass Kit XP Series X-Pipe Exhaust that allows another chance for the exhaust harmonics to come together before heading to the OEM muffler. This additional piece adds that very smooth, V6 “GT” note with just a minor hint of exhaust “rasp”.
