Replace your worn out or overpowered stock Mustang clutch with a Mantic Twin Disc for a more durable solution. Designed as a direct replacement for the 4.6L Mod Motor powered 1999-2004 Mustang GT, each kit is complete and ready to install. Featuring ceremetallic friction material, our twin disc can handle 1010 ft-lbs of torque capacity at the crank, roughly 820-850 ft-lbs at the wheels. This is perfect for any supercharger, nitrous, N/A or turbo car.

Pedal effort remains relatively low, approximately 12-15% increase over the OE clutch pedal feel. Utilizing a sprung center with cushioned discs makes this clutch great for daily driving or heavy track use. 

This kit includes their durable premium Ceremetalic Friction material, this is stronger than their organic material and yet friendly on the street. This equates to more torque capacity and heat resistance while retaining excellent drivability.

The Mantic Advantage

This Mantic Clutch kit uses their unique sprung center with cushioned ceremetallic twin discs. This means more torque capacity and heat resistance while retaining excellent drivability. The Mantic twin clutch uses 9″ diameter discs that greatly reduces the Moment of Inertia (MOI) for a seamless transition of power between gears. The low MOI is a huge difference over the typical 10″ or 11″ clutch kits on the market. More horsepower to the ground as well as quicker precise shifts is the huge benefit over the stock clutch. The lightweight flywheel allows quicker revs compared to the heavier OE units.

Completely Rebuildable 

The clutch is modular in construction for ease of service and is completely rebuildable. The red clutch cover and components are machined from billet stock adding strength and durability. 100% billet construction will not flex under heavy usage like other stamped steel units.
