The Radium Engineering PCV Baffle Plate mounts to the engine block and replaces the factory plastic PCV plate and valve. Compared to the OEM unit, the CNC-machined aluminum Radium Engineering PCV plate features an extra baffle to prevent oil sludge from entering the intake system without restricting airflow. Furthermore, two 10AN ORB ports are machined above both aluminum baffles. 10AN ORB Adapter Fittings can be found HERE. NOTE: The OEM configuration kit (20-0327-01) is incompatible with all vehicles.
The OEM configuration kit includes the baffle plate and associated fittings for a plug-and-play installation. It is compatible with the following vehicles only:
2013+ Ford Focus ST EcoBoost
2016+ Ford Focus RS EcoBoost
2015+ Ford Mustang EcoBoost
This kit integrates perfectly with the OEM PCV tubing or the Radium catch can kit for EcoBoost engines. Because the OEM Ford PCV valve leaks at all boost levels, this kit includes Radium’s upgraded 10AN ORB PCV Valve, which prevents boost from leaking into the crankcase. No permanent vehicle modifications are required. The exact contents of 20-0327-01 are shown in the picture below.
