The Recaro Dynamic Sport C is the first all-electric 8-way aftermarket sports seat Recaro has ever built. It is purpose-engineered for drivers who want genuine track-capable support without giving up daily-driveable comfort — electric adjustment, heating, a compact 24 kg composite shell, and the signature slim backrest that Recaro built its reputation on since 1965.
Where a traditional fixed-back race bucket forces you to choose between the street and the circuit, the Dynamic Sport C refuses the compromise. You get 3-point belt compatibility for street use, 4-point belt passthrough for track days, ABE/TÜV component certification for road-legal installation, and AGR certification from Germany’s Healthier Backs Campaign for long-haul ergonomics. It is the seat for the 720S project that still gets driven to dinner, the Mustang GT4-R that sees time on pit lane and the freeway, and the high-budget sim rig where nothing but factory Recaro will do.

Installation Notes
- Order your vehicle-specific side mounts and sliders separately — Recaro does not include these with the bare seat.
- Confirm your subframe clearance for the 905 mm backrest height if you run a half-cage or roll bar.
- Route your stock 3-point belt through the factory shoulder anchor. For 4-point harnesses, use the seat’s rear shoulder passthrough slots.
- Electric wiring requires a keyed 12V feed — on most modern platforms this splices into the OEM seat harness. Heated variants add a second 12V feed for the heating element control.
- Recaro publishes vehicle-specific fitment kits for most popular platforms; if you’re uncertain, call before ordering.
