The Phase 2 Supercharger Kit from Roush (P/N: 422001) is designed specifically for your 2015-2017 5.0L Mustang with either an Automatic or Manual Transmission. The whole kit is designed and engineered to make it easy for you to install your supercharger yourself. You’ll notice the major boost in horsepower immediately after getting back behind the driver’s seat of your S550 GT. The Phase 2 Kit has a SAE J1349 power certification of 727 hp @ 6,850rpm and 610 lb-ft @ 5,100rpm.

The Roush Phase 2 Supercharger Kit includes a wide array of bolt-on parts that fit right on your stock engine without the need for any serious modifications. This includes the R2300 2.3L TVS supercharger head unit, which is black in color to match the rest of the components and your engine. Some of the other key items are the lower intake manifold and intercooler assembly, heat exchanger, high-pressure fuel rail, high-flow injectors, bigger throttle bodies, 80mm Pulley, Fuel Pump Control Module, and Upgraded Spark Plugs that are all configured to work perfectly with your new supercharger.

Please Note: This kit will physically fit any 2015-2017 5.0L Mustang, but RHD (Right-Hand Drive) vehicles will require the use of P/N: 422011 to properly complete installation. The included Roush Calibration will NOT work on any 2015-2017 5.0L Mustang outside of the US and Canada, so those vehicles will require custom tuning which is NOT Included). The Roush R2300 TVS supercharger is a roots-type positive displacement supercharger that features twin four-lobe rotors twisted 160-degrees vs older three lobe, 60 degree twist technology. The fourth lobe and the added twist, when combined with newly-redesigned air inlet and outlet ports, offers greatly enhanced thermal efficiency, higher volumetric capacity, higher operating speeds, a smoother, more efficient flow of air into the engine, and improved noise and vibration characteristics. Unlike turbocharging, the Roush R2300 TVS supercharger provides instant throttle response and can generate increased power through the engine’s entire powerband.

ATTENTION: Updated Operating System Requirements for the Roush Diagnostic Tool (RDT). The Technical Service Bulletin TSB 21-0802-AA has been issued by Roush. As of September 10, 2021, Windows 10 will be the ONLY operating system that will be supported by Roush Performance for the Roush Diagnostic Tool (RDT). Older operating systems, such as Windows 7 or earlier Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, etc.), will not be supported. All instances of RDT will need to be updated to the most current release. All previous versions of RDT will NOT be able to program or configure modules due to a software license time-out.
