RWS Style multi-fin diffuser for the X5M / X6M Competition.
BMW released the F95 X5M Competition and F96 X6M Competition in 2020 — massive power, aggressive front-end, but a relatively understated rear lower bumper. RW Carbon’s RWS-Style diffuser is a full lower-bumper carbon fiber replacement — multi-fin race geometry, deep recess channels, and pronounced lower edge. The diffuser shape is shared between F95 X5M and F96 X6M (same M-platform rear bumper architecture), so a single SKU fits both chassis.
Built in Anaheim, California from real dry carbon fiber, then UV clear-coated for high-gloss shine and weather protection. Install bolts directly to factory mounting points using included hardware — no drilling, no fabrication. 30-45 minute job with basic tools. No — this diffuser is shaped specifically to the F95 X5M Competition / F96 X6M Competition rear bumper geometry. The non-M F95 X5 (40i, M50i) and G06 X6 use different lower bumper architecture and take separate diffusers.
Will it fit BOTH F95 X5M and F96 X6M Competition?
Yes — the F95 X5M Competition and F96 X6M Competition share the same lower rear bumper architecture, so the same diffuser fits both chassis. Same SKU, same fitment.
Is this real carbon fiber or hydrodip / wrap?
Real dry carbon fiber. Hand-laid carbon fabric with rigid resin blend, then UV clear-coated. You can see and feel the genuine weave — this is a structural carbon part, not a printed plastic part with a carbon-look finish.
Will it remove cleanly if I sell the car or go back to stock?
Yes. The diffuser unbolts at the factory mounting points and the OE lower bumper section is preserved. Reversal takes about as long as the original install — 30-45 minutes.
Will it work with M Performance exhaust upgrades?
The diffuser is cut to clear factory F95 X5M / F96 X6M quad-tip exhaust placement.
