ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Every RYFT FORGED wheel starts as a solid piece of aerospace grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum. Our designs are overseen by one of Italy’s leading supercar designers as he sketches and creates each stunning masterpiece by hand. We then hand these designs off to our engineers in San Francisco and this team translates his designs into CAD files and we thoroughly test each wheel using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural integrity and safety. We then painstaking CNC machine each wheel for 4 hours until the solid hunk of forged aluminum is transformed into a beautiful wheel. Our artisan’s then hand finish and hand paint each wheel to the bespoke finishes requested by our customers. Finally, the last step is to pressure test in a water chamber and x-ray each wheel for any hidden flaws not visible to the naked eye.
